Group 1 or Group 2 Report: €35

Since the 1st February 2011 the Road Safety Authority introduced changes to the Drivers Report Form D502 , based on the implementation of Directive 2009/113/EC

Previously it had been a very basic screen determining whether or not the candidate attained a certain level of vision , among other cursory tests.

The new guidelines are more stringent , especially for Group 2 Licences , and so a more comprehensive eye exam is required to meet all the criteria set down by the RSA , as well as a visual field exam ( which was not a requirement previously )

At Rods & Cones Eyecare we are fully equipped in our state of the art testing room to provide D502 Report for both Group 1 and Group 2 candidates.

We provide the completed D502 form at the end of the exam stamped with the practice stamp.
